You may know him from Shaun of the Dead, Spaced, Run Fatboy Run, and Black Books, along with other British comedies that star Simon Pegg, Martin Freeman, Nick Frost, or Jessica Stevenson, since they are in big ol British comedy cahoots. This particular scene is from Black Books, where he plays the mpreg baby of Aziraphale and Crowley, name of Bernard Black. He is perfect.

He is
An alcoholic smoker with black hair who wears black suits and sunglasses when he has hangovers, who runs a really shitty book shop that has ridiculous hours, which is part of his ploy to drive away as many customers as possible so they won’t buy all his books.
He likes wine and being petulant and Irish. He’s pretty much what you get when you put Crowley and Aziraphale together and then imagine that they raised said child.
OMG. MIND BLOWN. Will never be able to watch Black Books the same way again.
